 Choosing at Dock Arm

Home Up

Tri Lite offers a variety of loading do lights with different features and options. Considerations such as cost and functionality are part of the equation. To decide which light is best for you, first determine the arm design.

Keep in mind that any of our lamp heads can be used with any arm. for most situations, the 40" or 60" arms are best. 24" are typically used when space is tight.

We manufacture four styles of dock light arms. The SDL, the DL the DSDL and FL. Each of these arm styles are available in various lengths.

The SDL

The SDL series is a economical lighting solution for low to mid volume loading docks.  A single strut leaves the wall bracket. The arm features a hinge that allow both vertical and horizontal adjustment of the distal strut. This arm cannot support a fan. The SDL is available in 40" of 60" arm lengths.

The DL

The DL series is the standard in loading dock light arms. Dual struts give this arm the strength to survive in the busiest  and most demanding warehouses. The dual strut design will also support a fan or a light / fan combination. The DL series is available in 24", 40", 60", 90", and 114" arm lengths.

The DSDL

The DSDL series loading dock provides the dual strut design of the DL along with the vertical and horizontal adjustability of the SDL for a great combination of strength and versatility.  The DSDL will not support a fan. It is available in 24", 40", 60", 90" or 114" arm lengths.

The FLDL

The FLDL series dock loading light combines the strength of a standard dock light arm with the added flexibility of a impact absorber to create an incredibly durable product. The FLDL will withstand blows from fork lift trucks and dock doors. Available in 40", 60" or 90" arm lengths.
