Tri Lite offers a three different lamp heads; metal incandescent, polycarbonate incandescent and high pressure sodium (HPS), with optional food service cover. All of our dock lights are UL and cUL listed.  Lamp guards are included with all dock lights.

Metal Head

Our metal lamp head features traditional steel construction. The lamp is covered with a thick durable powder coat finish and is UL rated for bulbs up to 300 watts. A wire guard is provided for lamp protection and safety. Power switch is located on the back of the lamp. Bulbs recommendation is PAR38 flood or spotlight (not include). Care should be taken with any metal head dock light to avoid a burn injury.

Polycarbonate Head

The polycarbonate lamp head is our best seller. The super tough material won't chip or break. The color goes all the way through so scratches don't show. And best of all, they don't transmit the heat of the bulb, so they are easy to adjust without getting burned. The poly head is UL rated for bulbs up to 150 watts. A wire guard is provided for lamp protection and safety. Power switch is located on the back of the lamp. Bulbs recommendation is PAR38 flood or spotlight (not included).

HPS Head

Our high pressure sodium light is our most energy efficient dock light head. The powerful HPS lamp puts out the equivalent light as a 500 wattt incandescent bulb, but only uses 50 watts of power. The HPS head come with  24,000 hour bulb . A diffuser grill is provided for lamp protection and safety. Power switch is located on the back of the lamp.

HPS Food Service Head

The low power consumption of the HPS lamp allow the use fitment of a clear polycarbonate cover for use in food service applications. Should the bulb become damaged, the cover will contain the glass fragments. This cover is not to be used with incandescent lamps, as the cover will melt.
